How will you contact me regarding my order?

Immediately after you place an online order, we will send an automatically generated  acknowledgement via e-mail containing your invoice. You will also receive a confirmation of shipment within 24hours, or be notified of any delay.

What do I do if my package is undelivered?

Occasionally, packages are returned to us undelivered. I have just placed an order and the delivery address is wrong, how can I update this?

Does Our Little Secret Place deliver outside Nigeria?

We regret we cannot ship beyond Nigeria at present, but we do plan to work on shipping further afield when possible, stay in touch for latest developments.

Can I cancel my order before the items are delivered?

If you wish to cancel your order before you have received your goods, please contact our customer services team within 12hours of purchase on sales@ourlittlesecretplace.com. Alternatively you can call us on 0814 276 1097/ 0700 OLSPLACE                                

                           CANCELLATION/ RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

If you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order or you returned or exchanged an item, we will ensure we process your refund within 10 working days of recipt of your items.

I only received a refund for my order, but not for my delivery charge. Why is this?

We'll refund you the full cost of your order including your delivery charge provided your order was cancelled within 12hours of purchase.

If your order was delivered and then a refund was requested, we will refund you the cost of your order only. If only part of your order is returned, we will refund you the value of the item as shown on your order confirmation.

Refunds/Returns on Promotional Purchases

If the items you wish to return were purchased as part of a promotional offer, we will refund the value you originally paid   for the item. The value of each item can be found on your order confirmation email and your order note
